WAHARAU WATER TANK

Engaged by Auckland Council, we executed the Waharau Water Tank Renewal and System Upgrade project, involving the removal and replacement of four water storage tanks.

The project's critical constraint was the development and implementation of a robust methodology and sequencing plan to manage the removals while maintaining a live water connection for the regional park. Core works included the reinstallation of all new distribution pipelines, balance pipes, valves, and the manifold to the existing feeds, requiring specialized Electrofusion (EF) Welding to ensure a high-integrity, functional water distribution system.
